Welcome To Cabin at Pine Hollow
This is a classic alpine cabin tucked in the pines with panoramic views of Strawberry Reservoir. This lot backs up to hundreds of acres of private land. There are no cabins on either side. It also sits at the highest point in the development and is accessed via a private driveway which is set back from the main road so you don't hear and see cars and ATVs all day. Location! Location! Enjoy incredible fishing at Strawberry Reservoir or wet a fly on the famous Strawberry River- both minutes from the front door. Mountain recreation opportunities are virtually endless in this incredibly popular recreational area. This is a vintage cabin- not a luxury home. If you're looking for something with jetted tubs, vaulted ceilings, and stainless steel appliances, this one's probably not for you. The cabin needs new carpet and perhaps some paint and it will be ready to go for getaways this summer! If you want a well-built, one-owner, cabin with everything you need to be comfortable but not so many amenities that you feel like you're still in the city then this is a must see. Sale includes all furnishings and seller will finance with 30% down.

ARE THERE ANY HOA FEES?
Yes. Annual dues are $550.

The Pine Hollow HOA administers water through a shared well. The cabin has its own newly installed stop and waste valve which makes turning the water on and off a breeze. The water system is one of the best in the region.

Yes with a minimum of 30% down. All other terms are negotiable and depend on your offer.
IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL LAND AVAILABLE?
There are vacant 1-acre lots on both sides of the cabin which have been for sale on and off over the years. Adjacent owners have no intention of building and we believe they would consider reasonable offers.
IS THE PROPERTY ACCESSIBLE IN THE WINTER?
The roads are not maintained during the winter but there is a pull off area on Highway 40 where owners can park trailers and snowmobile in the rest of the way to the cabin.
CAN I USE THE CABIN AS A VACATION RENTAL?
No. HOA does not allow vacation rentals.
